It depends on the product and the mill. Standard items can be ordered from stock as a small trial lot; for a custom color or specification we will quote the minimum volume right after your request.
Yes. We send yarn and fabric samples and color cards before you pay for the main lot, so you can check the quality and shade.
Quotes and supplier selection are free. Our service fee depends on the volume and scope and is agreed before work begins.
It depends on the mode — truck, rail or sea — and on the destination city. We will state the exact transit time and delivery cost together with the price of the goods.
Payment terms are set out in the contract before work begins. The balance for the lot is paid after the quality inspection.
